Hair Transplant in Uganda

A hair transplant relocates suitable follicles from a donor area—usually the back or sides of the scalp—to areas affected by permanent hair loss. Every plan begins with an assessment of the hair-loss pattern, donor supply and realistic density goals.

What you should know

Who may be suitable?

Hair transplantation may be considered for adults with a stable pattern of permanent hair loss and an adequate donor area. Active scalp disease, unstable hair loss or limited donor density may require a different approach or further medical assessment.

How FUE works

With follicular unit extraction (FUE), follicular units are removed individually from the donor area and carefully placed into planned recipient sites. The number of grafts and duration vary according to the treatment area and donor supply.

Recovery and results

The transplanted area requires careful protection during early healing. Temporary shedding may occur before gradual new growth develops. Results and timelines vary, and the treatment team will provide individual aftercare instructions.
