Eyebrow Transplant in Uganda

An eyebrow transplant uses carefully selected donor follicles to rebuild or improve sparse eyebrow areas. Because eyebrow hairs lie close to the skin and change direction across the brow, precise design and placement are important.

What you should know

Who may be suitable?

An eyebrow transplant may be considered for naturally sparse brows, selected stable scars or hair loss after over-plucking. The cause of eyebrow loss should be assessed before surgery.

Design and placement

The patient and treatment team agree on a conservative shape that fits the face. Individual follicles are placed to follow the changing direction and low angle of natural eyebrow growth.

Long-term grooming

Transplanted scalp hairs may retain scalp-hair growth characteristics. Regular trimming and shaping can therefore be required after growth develops.
